“The Murray Mouth (35°33′S 138°53′E) is the point at which the Murray River empties into the Southern Ocean.” What definition are you using for the Southern Ocean? Your article on the Southern Ocean, aka Antarctic Ocean, shows a graphic with the northern boundary at 60 degrees S, and mentions that as the boundary in the current proposed definition. That is FAR south of the mouth of the Murray River as given in the quote above. Shouldn’t the Murray be said to empty into the Indian Ocean?

Thank you, George, for your comment. It seems so according to the definition of the Southern Ocean as 60°S. However, Australia, where the Murray River is located, seems to have a different definition, which includes the entire body of water between Antarctica and the south coasts of Australia and New Zealand, and up to 60°S elsewhere. This point will be added to the article for clarification.
