“Ethyl acetate can dissolve up to three percent water and has a solubility of eight percent in water at room temperature. At elevated temperature its solubility in water is higher.”

Most data that I have shows lower solubility in water lower at elevated temperature. However, my data are (organic compound in EA)/water. So, maybe not exactly pure EA/water.
